At Wild Alaska Skincare LLC, our products are crafted in small batches using premium, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We hold our products to high standards of quality, care, and consistency.
Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or final-sale items.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box when applicable.
Once reviewed, we may arrange a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Skin Reactions or Product Concerns
Everyone’s skin is unique. While we cannot offer refunds for personal preference, scent preference, texture preference, or changes of mind, we want you to have a thoughtful experience with Wild Alaska Skincare.
If you experience an unexpected skin response, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We review these situations case by case and may offer product-use guidance, a replacement, store credit, or another fair solution at our discretion.
