Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Order Processing
Most orders are hand-packed and shipped within 24–72 business hours after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During peak seasons, sales, product launches, or events, processing times may be slightly longer. We make every effort to prepare and ship orders as promptly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wildalaskaskincare.com.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been packed, fulfilled, or assigned a tracking number. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Wild Alaska Skincare LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we may offer one of the following options:
• Reship the order to a corrected address at the customer’s expense; or
• Cancel the order and refund the product cost only, minus original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any carrier fees already incurred.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Shipping Times and Carrier Delays
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. Wild Alaska Skincare LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, remote-location delays, misrouted packages, or other shipping issues caused by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Wild Alaska Skincare LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost, missing, or stolen.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the shipping carrier. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier when applicable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@wildalaskaskincare.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box when applicable. We will review the issue and may arrange a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Heat, Cold, and Weather
Our products are crafted in Alaska and may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit. Natural textures may soften, melt, firm, thicken, separate, or freeze when exposed to heat or cold.
Please consider your local weather conditions when ordering and retrieve your package promptly after delivery.
Wild Alaska Skincare LLC is not responsible for changes in product texture, consistency, or appearance caused by weather conditions, temperature exposure during transit, or packages left unattended after delivery.
These changes do not necessarily affect product quality or usability. If you have a concern about a product affected by temperature, please contact us and we will review the situation case by case.
Returns
Because our products are personal-care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on returns, damaged orders, incorrect orders, missing items, and product concerns.
